re:Phil Gardner's letter in April EN Mailbag

One more reason that makes me skeptical about expressing my opinions and
sharing thoughts here on RideCamp. First we went through the character
attack on Heidi where no rules of etiquette were employed and now there is
this piracy of a partial post from RideCamp that shows up in EN. 

Please let's keep RideCamp autonomous from EN. Furthermore, let's not
adulterate one another's postings.
