Their policy has changed somewhat since they have begun marketing their CD's, 
since the information is now available to anyone who purchases a CD.  My 
experience is that if you inquire about who owns a particular horse, they 
will deal with that request over the phone as long as you only want 
information about one or two.  If you need to trace several owners, they will 
request that you write in with your request, and if I remember right, there 
may be a small charge for it.
