Leatherwood Mtn. Challenge

I was at this ride as a volunteer, helping out with registration and PR.  If 
you didn't come, YOU MISSED IT.  It will become one of the premier rides in 
the SE, of course, just my opinion.  Abbie did a great job, esp. with this 
being her first effort.  From what I was told, the trails were very well 
marked, rough and challenging.  The awards were to die for.  Food was awesome 
Friday night then a chili supper Sat. evening with sodas and beer available!  
I observed very few hitches in the whole event, Abby and her volunteers were 
well prepared and everyone felt welcome and relaxed.  Don't know the results 
except that a very nice lady named Charlotte won BC for the 25.  She helped 
my rider and my pony through almost the whole ride (first ride for both pony 
and rider).  I am so happy for her, she was even kind enough to share her 
sponge out on the trail.  Let's hear some stories, folks.  Phil???  How about 
posting results?
