shoeing & frogs

Are there any other good articles specifically on shoeing the endurance
horse?  I have a farrier that I respect a great deal, and he is trying to
understand the needs of the endurance horse, but needs a little more help.
I am the only endurance rider he shoes for and we still need to change a
few things.  I think some very educated, thought out articles would help.
I have already called TB times and requested the article Tom mentioned -
