BCAAs aid in processing (and become) fast acting fuels. The racehorses
demonstrated increased stamina. Post-ex BCAAS tended to increase the speed of
recovery--much like a dose of carbs does. With the endurance horse, BCAAs
would probably have no effect on performance and mixing molasses (high in
BCAAs) with a dose of CarboCharge would maximize BCAA contributions to rapid
recovery.
