Worming and Probiotics

After reading a few times about using probiotics after stressful events and worming (very stressful for my Arab) I've gone and bought a syringe of Probi's. My question is, what is the protocol for using them after worming? Do I give the wormer one day and the Probi's the next? Two days later? One week later? Does anyone know the maximal time frame for giving Probi's after worming? I just don't want to give it to him just to have some left over wormer kill off what I'm putting into him.
