To the folks out there who ride 100s - How much do you ride to prepare? I am looking at taking Vic to out first 100 on May 1st. We are doing a 50 on April 10, which he is more than prepared for <I think>, but I'm not sure if I need to drastically increase our weekly mileage for the 100. What about increased food requirements if we up the weekly mileage? And what about shoeing - increase the frequency? Help! ;-) Thanks!
