Some farm stores call them lambs nipples. They fit on something like a 
pop bottle instead of a calf milk bottle.  We were able to borrow one 
from a neighbor cause we needed it in the middle of the night to get 
colostrum to the foal. Hopefully you'll have a farm store nearby that 
has them, or ask your vet who might know who has sheep or goats in the 
area.
