OF popping noise

I just experienced the same thing.  My saddle is only three years 
old, but has a lot of miles.  It started "popping" and I could not find 
anything wrong at first.  I had just had my husband's saddle refitted 
with new panels which I noticed moved a lot less than my panels. I 
poked an prodded quite a bit before I finally mine to "pop", then I 
felt the loose screw .  I just sent it back to OF to be fixed.
