Sharon, I must have missed something along the way, but to what is the "12
Heartbeats" refer?  I feel the anguish you must feel, because some of our
local trails are threatened, only to a much lesser degree.  Here, it is the
hikers who want domain over certain trails, because the presence of horses
ruins their sense of peace and serenity, not to mention the "disgusting" horse
droppings on the trail.
Give me some more information and I will gladly send another letter to the
proper authorities.  I sent one before the convention.  Numbers count!
