don't care about beeing rude or ignorant with such people. I think that that
woman has been really ignorant with her horse, and with you and your group,
too.
6 months, you say?  Well, you are really too nice, not too ignorant. Simply
tell her that you travelled hard to improve you and your horse, and if she
wants to come with you she has to do the same. Not by telephone, but on the
saddle. And respecting her horse. If she doesn't agree, she can change
group.
