RC: Need Advice on Situation
Craig:
Venturing out of Lurk land...
Your riding companion's poor behaviour with her
temper (and subsequent treatment of her horse)
tells me she's out of her element (read: she wants
to be more experienced than she is, but doesn't want
to do the required work). She also seems to be manipulative
in that her problems become everyones problems... hense she
controlled alot of the (miserable) ride.
She's behaving badly, and should be told, but in a constructive way.
If she doesn't take it constructively, then don't do your
training rides with her. If she doesn't change, then she's the one that's losing (and so, unfortunately will her horse).
Good luck.
