I ride in my pasture with 9 other horses all the time with very little probs.
I believe it teaches the horse I'm riding to control itself & to listen to
what I want it to do, even though the other horses may be runnin/racing around
sometimes.
But then I've always taught all my horses that I do not allow any horsie games
from any of the others when I'm leading or riding one...
