This is one of the problems that has been occurring locally with two of our
forests, and has caused some of us ride managers to challenge the system.
This issue is just as much a part of the fight to keep our trails open to the
public as are many of the other issues that so many of our people are facing.
We have made some small gains by seeking alternate permit avenues, demanding
administrative reviews, etc., but still have a long way to go.
