OTOH, I have been feeding beet pulp for several months now (now to three horses,
used to be six), up to 6 pounds per day and have never noted any problems
what-so-ever including diarhhea. I didn't introduce it particularly slowly as my
horses seem to adapt to new feeds pretty easily. However, I would introduce it
maybe a pound at a time just to be on the safe side.
