Ok, I'm not ready to feed beet pulp. I've read a lot of interesting things
about it...just keep plugging away with grain and hay and vege oil. But,
in the event that I DECIDED to feed beet pulp...where would I find it? A
grain store? I know cost varies, but around how much should I expect to
pay? Does it come in 1 lb increments? 50 lb bags?

I just started feeding beet pulp last fall, and love it! I buy from the feed
store, $6.50 per 50 lb bag, lasts forever. I use the shredded beet pulp
rather than the pellets. My horses love it too. I have noticed a few things
since I've been feeding it....better coats, more satisfied horses, less grain
needed. I board one very old horse with no teeth, use Senior feed/beet
pulp/oil/Red cell with him, mix it all up and water it down. He has gained
weight, looks and feels so much better. I also use it with my stallion to
help keep weight on him, use it with my pony broodmares so they feel they are
getting something (they get very little grain). Love it all around. It's now
a staple in my barn.

Hey, guys,
Ok, I'm not ready to feed beet pulp.
50 lb bags?
