I am a horse and dog lover. I take my dog to the rides where he is allowed and
he is ALWAYS ON A LEASH. Any loose dog can spook a horse accidentaly at any
time. You can have the best dog in the world but you cannot 100% predict his
behavior, so unnecessary accidents occur. The dog owner is responsible for the
dogs behavoir and has a responsibility to protect his or her dog. If we do not
become more responsible as dog owners soon dogs will not be allowed on the
grounds of rides. This is already the case at some rides. I love having my dog
with me and hope he will not be banned at all rides in the future.
