Would like to get some expert opinion on the use of a crupper.  Do any of you use one?  If so, do you have any problem with rubbed spots under the tail?  What type is best?  Does anyone use a wool fleece cover over the part that goes under the tail?  My saddle stays in place good except under extreme down hill, then it can slip forward a little and I have to get off and move it back.  I would really appreciate any advice you can give me.
