I agree wholeheartedly with that.  The part that bothers me is the removal of
the welcome mat to our newcomers.  When we feel that we can't extend them the
courtesy of trying us out, we become one step closer to all those other horse
sports that so many of us have fled because of the politics and the attitudes.
