RE: LD's - BC and completion

Hi - 

I'm not sure where this started, but it's not true. All who complete
must receive a completion award. Awarding of a BC is up to the
individual ride manager. It is neither required nor prohibited by
AERC. This goes for both LD and Endurance (50+ miles) rides.
