Mules in Endurance

I'm interested also. Have seen some pretty awesome mules in a couple of
endurance rides and also in NATRC rides in the past. The number 1
horse/mule for the #2 region for NATRC was a mule named Numero Uno for
several years. I rode behind this mule on various NATRC rides. I was very
impressed. Also saw some that looked like they were straight out of
thoroughbred mares. They were beautiful. If anyone has any knowledge of
they way of going, gait, smoothness, etc., I would like to know also. I
would like to take a trip to Phoenix to look at some of the mules at Beanie
Burrito Farms which is supposed to breed according to whatever discipline
you want to ride and they do everything! I think one of them was the
reserve grand champion mule (?I think) at the Mule Days show in Bishop, CA.

I am interested in starting endurance, but I love mules. Is it possible to
do mules in endurance? Also, what is the smallest size animal that can do
endurance and what is the largest? Thanks!
