Had another grade tiem at Biltmore.
Parked the big truck MH WAY  WAY in the back field .. and no mud to get
stuck.

Carol did the 25 again on her new guy (RAZ  the COPD horse) comming
along just fine--looking for a 50 later this year.

I took ole carbo rat (FAME) on the 50. SHe was sore behind and her bad
right shoulder acted up some ..but she finished with sound and a ?RF
She was a bit stiff later that night - but looks great now.

--and we did the carbo load during the race.. great stuff she got
stronger as the miles went on.. i did not take any blood sugar levels
this ride.. no crew.

anyway a super ride and sure do like the biltmore trails... the long
blue loop the major 2part climb is always a welcome sight late in the
afternoon.. it gets higher every year.. 

this is not a flat ride.. always going up and down.

have lots of email to go over ..so this is a short one..lucky for you
guys
