Biothane cinches

Hi Ridecampers!

Does anybody have any experience, good or bad, on the biothane cinches that
eliminate the need for billets and latigos on saddles? Will they work on a
western style saddle? I've only recently discovered these cinches on one of
the vendor's lists and it sounds really great, but would like more info
before I buy.
