Hi Ridecampers,
Just getting started in this wonderful sport. Did BSF in limited distance and finished dead last, but that's okay had a ball and "Gator" did great. My question is what do you eat before the ride so you don't get sick? I thought I
had eaten early enough about 4a.m. instant oatmeal and coffee. About 4 miles out I'm barfing down "Gator's" neck and ready to pull. Feel better but
slowed way down for too long. I drank plenty of electrolytes the day before so
I wouldn't dehydate. Could it be what I ate, too much or not enough or "ride nerves."Thanks for any help in advance.
