Steph, thanks for taking the time to explain this to those of us who
don't know the situation. 

I have one question, however:  can the RMs now ban this horse from their
rides on an individual basis (just not as a group function), or are they
now forced to accept this horse at their rides forever?  If the protest
was for the group banning, but the BOD expressed support for the principle
of RMs making a decision to ban on an individual basis, it seems to me
that the RMs can still ban this horse on a per-case basis.  Is this not
so?
