Under my tights I wear women's panties, with a cotton panel. I find
the "stretch" material keeps the goodies in place without chafing or
discomfort. As there is no fly in the tights anyway, the minor
inconvenience of having to pull everything down for a "pit stop" is
worth the benefits.
