Re: Arthritic knee-magnets
Ruth,
I have been doing endurance riding for two years now. I found out early
on in the first year the more I trained the better I felt. Last year I would
be afraid that I would not sleep before a ride and would take vicodin and soma
to sleep not knowing that that medicine was causing me to be dehydrated at
the end of a ride and I would be very sick. So after I figured that out I
just took excedrin pm and that is all I have to do. The more aerobic exercise
I get the better I am. Sometimes it's hard because I hurt so bad but I just
push thru it and so far it has always paid off. The magnets for my bed so I
can sleep have been a real help. I am using them on my horse today I am cant
wait to see if they are going to work. I want to purchase a whole blanket if
it does. I use the ones in my shoes they really work I never have tired feet
or sore legs from standing on cement floors any more.
