Sale Fail

Well, just a note - the lovely woman who had even taken the paperwork home to
sign on the sale of our 2 year old straight Egyptian filly has been notified
of additional taxes she has to pay, because of her part time residency on
another state (while she got her finances back together after the big D!) .
SO... I did have to tell her that Rosie is back on the market - I felt badly
but Rodie really needs to winter out and then be stated a little in the spring
and I just can't guarantee to hold her that long. So...she had offered $2500
cash or $3000 in 3 payments and so that is what we will offer her for again.
Email me for photos and information. Yes she is athletic and gentle and well
started and...well, you know...a  mother's eyes!

p.s. we are not without heart. We agreed to breed another foal for her next
summer if she wants, for the same price, including some board.
