Ridecampers living in the northeast and in New York State, some good
news:  Anne O'Dell, Chair of  NYS Horse Council's Trails Committee, will
be attending the Trails Symposium at Clemson this November, representing
NYS Horse Council.  If anyone living in the NE has trails issues they
would like brought forward at this symposium, please contact Anne
