Big Horn Endurance/Rolling

My Big Horn endurance saddle has been "slipping" on my horse. No matter
how tight the cinch is, it "rolls" easily. Will a saddle pad (the Ultra
Cell was suggested) correct this or should I not even try it? He hasn't
gotten sore but on the other hand I haven't ridden him much in this
saddle. Ideas?
