My horse has pulled a back muscle on a ride. I use a traditional english working hunter sadlde.
On my vets advice I am now seeking a saddle which would better distribute weight across his back.
I am conidering a number of optiosn, but many seem very expensive ie . orthaflex, roe richardson ect.
Some one suggested a western saddle and a cheap alternative is the Bighorn Cordura endurance saddles. Does any one have any comments on these types or other saddles.
My horse would suit a california skirt saddle as he has a short back.
Thanks in advance for your hepl.
Tamara.
