These shots were taken with a digital camera. There is no better version than
what you are able to copy for yourself from the website. You can take them on
diskette to your local camera store or to anyone with a high-quality color
printer to obtain a near-photo-quality print if you wish.
There is no problem with your copying any of the photos on the site for personal
use. If you are planning to use any of them in a publication or for any other
commercial purpose, specific permission would be needed. You can contact me
about that, if such is the case.
The commercial photographers who were also at Cougar Rock will be in touch with
each of the riders, offering to sell copies of whatever they have. There were
two of them taking pictures, both from the same outfit, one on each side of the
Rock. I don't know their names, or that of their company, offhand. I'm sure
they'd be very happy to supply you with pix of any/all of the riders who crossed
the Rock.
