Nope, they were there.  Karen Clanin was helping me in '95 and saw it,
too.  There was 1 horse each in '95 and '96 that were 1.5, and 3 horses
that were 2 and 5 horses that were 2.5.

This year I think the lowest I scored a horse was 2.5 and there were
only 2 horses total in that category.  Maybe a dozen or two 3, and alot
of 3.5 - 4.5.
