Hi all,

Since I'm not much into singing, I count while trying to calm my horse at
the beginning of a ride or on a training ride when she wants to catch the horse
in front of her who is in much better condition than her.  I've found if I count the speed I want her to trot, she will immediately slow down or speed up to that cadence.  It's just 1,2,3,4, 1,2,3,4.

Also, GOOD LUCK to all the Tevis riders.
