posting trot

I found the easiest way to learn to post is to do it to music.  A tune 
that matches your horses trot cadence.  I still find myself humming a 
tune when I am on the trail by myself. I do it quietly though as I can't 
carry a tune. Fortunately my horses don't seem to mind that I'm off key.
