correction to Betsys email address

Hi everybody - due to the mysteries of my mailer DAEMON I got the 
wrong impression that Betsy's email only had one b in it.  (got a bounce
back message with what I thought was the correct address (must have had a 
typo)  and no error message otherwise.  Here is the correct address - 
from Betsy's own fingers.
