The AERC drug policy is totally out of hand exactly for the reasons you
pointed out.  I am not for drugging either but there are so many things that
people use that don't test.  Also, California is still the only place being
tested [realistically speaking].  They only test for certain things and 9 out
of 10 of the drugs used aren't even tested for.  It would cost a fortune to
test for everything.  But.....the rule will probably not be changed in our
lifetime so we must live with it.....MB
