Question:
   Since the titer proves the Rabies protection is VERY high....... would this suffice in lieu of the actual Rabies Certificate (which rides in our State require)?
    My horse reacted violently this year, and I'd gladly rather pay for a titer than to go thru an adverse drug reaction again.
