Tevis age limit

Went riding with a friend of mine who did Tevis a few years ago and it
suddenly occurred to me that she was 12 when she did it.  A few weeks ago, I
said I thought the Tevis age limit was 14 but it is 12.   Sorry I made that
mistake....MB
