The coke bottle theory could work.  The acupunturist (human) I go to uses a
similair method to suck out old blood off injuries. (but, no, I won't let him
do it to me)

Heats up this little bottle by sticking a flame inside and then sticks it on
the subject where it creates a vaccum and sucks the skin (blood and warbles
included) into it.

I know this is an important subject but the thought of a coke bottle full of
larvae extract really grosses me out.  :P
