fast American River...???

Per the posting

The American River rides were posted in the last EN issue.  I find it
hard to believe that front riders averaged 25 mph on both the 50 and 70
mile ride and that even the slowest had fast times.  That's not the
American River course that I know ... what happened?!

 I sent off a query to the AERC office on this one.  These are
the same figures that show up in the online listings that Russ and 
I put up from the AERC.

Will let people know what I get as a response.
