SAFETY CHAINS

Heavy-duty safety chains are available for less than
$20 a pair.  It is an EXCELLENT idea to cross the chains
under the hitch.  That way,  if the hitch comes loose,  the 
chains will hold it up off the road.

Be sure the trailer battery for operating the brakes in a
"breakaway" is charged before use. The is easy to
overlook and defeats the purpose of the breakaway
switch!!
