carbo loading



Susan, you said you thought that feeding grain the day before a race was
as effective as using carbos.  How much grain do you feed before a race
to build glycogen stores?  If you are feeding grain anyway, how much of
an increase would you feed without upsetting the digestive system?  Or
is it necessary to increase at all?  Thank you in advance for all the
info.  I really enjoy your posts and all the knowledge you share with
the rest of us.
