Little Grass Valley

I need some help from Northern CA riders. I want to do some conditioning
while camping at Little Grass Valley Reservoir in Yuba County. Anyone ever
ridden there? How are the trails? I've heard 2nd or 3rd hand that there are
lots of trails there, but I would like first hand info and hopefully from
endurance riders who would tell me if the trails would be good for
conditioning. Thanks. You can post privately.
