Rubbed the wrong way?
I once saw a rider get knocked off his feet and down a hill, when his
horse decided to rub its head on him a tad vigorously. I took that
lesson to heart, and have never allowed my horses to rub against me.
After the ride and the horse is unbridled, I'll get out the old
familiar-smelling towel and give them a good gentle towelling on the face
along with general grooming, but that's it. Cheers (;-), Connie B.
