 I'm just happy they have LD rides so my family and I can ride together.  I
don't care what they call it, I don't care what they call me, I just like
to ride, and spending the time with my 2 junior riders while doing my most
favorite thing is the best of both worlds.  Maybe next year we can do
fifties, but attempting a 50 with two juniors that can't quite saddle or
unsaddle their own horse would probably not be much fun.
My goal is have fun, and the LD program provides the opportunity.  Keep LD
for use as education and training for endurance riding.  Don't get hung up
on the name, LD is just fine.
