human electrolytes...long product list

     Sorry I am a bit late on the list of human electrolyte products I
promised...had a son graduate from high school with family visiting.
    These are the products suggested to me in response to my question
regarding good electrolytes for the riders, should come in handy with
approaching hot weather.
1.  emergen-c     sold at health food stores, comes in packets to be
mixed with water, tastes good and easy on stomach.
conatains, vit C & B and 32 minerals
2.   a few have used small doses of their perform N win.  I have to
admit it smells and tasted good.
3.Flavored pedialyte, found in grocery and drug stores.  When I worked
as a nurse this is what we used to replace lost nutrients during stomach
flu and illness.
4.ERG,  elect. replacement with glucose found in bike shops and
Australian connection catalog
4.  KM elect. supplement
5.  Succeed,  found at GNC   This was a popular one suggested and stated
as being on the cutting edge as far as providing  needed nutrients
6.  glycerol fuel,   made by twin labs, this is reported to help retain
water in the body
7. gookenaid, another favorite found in REI, bike shops and Australian
connection catalog
8.  goo,  Karen Chaton, is a distributer.  I have used this myself and
is a great pick me up, comes in small handy packets, you squirt in your
mouth.  Not sure about the electrolyte content in this one yet.
9. Exceed
10.  hydra fuel, mostly electrolytes made by twin labs, was reported as
maybe being alittle low in K
11.  Ultra fuel, mostly carbos, possibly made by nutra lab
12.  Shaklee has a product out that has to be ordered thru a rep called
endurance, you alternate this with water...they also make a good protein
powder
13.  cytomax, another favorite found in GNC and bike shops
14.  ORS-oral hyrdration system made by met-RX found in Albertsons and
GNC
15.enduralytes made by a co. called e-caps/hammer nutrition...(capsules)

18.  clip amino,  order on internet, is easy on the stomach $10/100
capsules or $24 for 2 lbs., includes ship 
   Since different products work well for some and not others depending
on ones stomach and needs, I recommend experimenting to find the best
for you.  This list is a start and these products were used by many
