free lease contracts

Hi I am thinking of free leasing a horse I need a good contract does anyone
have one they want to share with me or know where I can find one?
Also I had a mare at the washoe ride..she got the virus is better now but
my young gelding not even started has it now, he has had all his
vaccinations and no stress.
