human electrolytes

Hi,

    I use a product called E-mergen-C. It comes in little individual
packets so is easy to carry. It has 1000 mg. of vit C with electrolytes, 32
mineral complexes and B vitamins. It tastes good to me. It is made by
Alacer Corp. and available in health food stores.  Julie
