Why not a video-conf -chat-room setup  for all bod members-- Steph could
set that up.. and only allow the BOD to sign on..
this would only work IF all the BOD members were 'on-line'
and now days that is very easy..and cheap

the on-line bod session could be set up by emails to all

just a thought..
